# The exercise menu

In each exercise module, you can access a menu by tapping the **menu icon** in the **top left hand corner**.

This will display the **exercise menu**:

From here you can:

1. **Quit** this session and go directly back to the [homescreen](/docs/home-screen/)
2. **Skip** the rest of the questions in this exercise and go to the **next exercise**
3. Send us an **email** with your **feedback**. Your email will include details of exactly which question you are on - useful if you spot an error in a question and would like to help us correct it
